JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities mainly consist of hedge trimming, lawn mowing, weed removal, pruning, litter picking, and waste management. Some planting of perennials, trees, and shrubs also occurs. Customer contact is an important part of daily work as we constantly meet our customers in the field. When there is time left, you help out in other areas of the business.

We place great emphasis on having a good knowledge of trees and pruning/sawing for this recruitment.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in gardening. It is an advantage if you have education in gardening and plant knowledge. You are meticulous, responsible, and engaged. You enjoy meeting people and delivering service with a warm smile. You work both independently and in a team, so it is important that you are comfortable with both. We see it as a given that you can collaborate easily, are unpretentious, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group. It is also important that you have the ability to create comfort and trust in contact with the public. You are practical and enjoy being active.

You will work full-time during the day. You should also be prepared for winter preparedness to be assigned. This requires you to be able to drive a tractor and have access to a car.

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements we are looking for in this advertisement are:

• Category B driving license
• Experience in green space maintenance of public land
• Plant knowledge
• Ability to drive a tractor
• Chainsaw ABE
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
